Ghanaian music producer Isaac Abeokuta Aidoo aka Goodies was arrested at Kotoka International Airport on April 23, 2008 after trying to bring a substance that is believed to be cocaine (80 pellets) to the United States.
Goodies was 13 years in prison and was released in 2014 after 6 years in the Nsawam Prisons.
Goodies was one of the most effective, productive, and influential producers in the early 2000s.
He has produced songs for top artists such as Lord Kenya, Tic Tac, VIP, Sydney, Mzbel, Nana Kwame, 2Face and the Nigerian singer Tony Tetuila.
The sad part is that he was arrested when he was at its peak in the music brotherhood.
Ibrahim Sima (EXOPA)
EXOPA Modeling Agency chief executive officer Ibrahim Sima was arrested at Kotoka International Airport in September 2019 and carried a substance that is believed to bring weeds onto the plane.
