After months of stranding in the United States, the closure of the airport, and the borders of Ghana, rapper Sarkodie has returned home.
He returned to Ghana last night with his family – Tracy and Titi. Some photos of the rapper and his family appeared online after their arrival.
Tracy also confirmed her arrival in a tweet: “Welcome to Ghana. @sarkodie and I with Titi have arrived in Ghana. Thank god for the traveling mercy. ”
Their arrival sparked speculation that the rapper and his wife had adopted a new child.
In January there were rumors that Sarkody’s wife had given birth to her second child.
In response to the reports in a tweet, the “Adonai” hit maker replied, “Not a big man,” and Tracy Sarkcess added, “SMH … a slow news day, I think.”
But photos of women holding a baby have raised questions, and some people have come to the conclusion that this could be confirmation that they have actually taken in a new child.
In April, Sarkodie asked President Akufo-Addo to temporarily open the country’s borders so that he could return home.
The rapper asked the president to loosen Ghana’s borders so that Ghanaians who are currently stuck outside the country can return home.
After the outbreak of the coronavirus pandemic and the subsequent confirmation of cases in Ghana, President Akufo-Addo ordered the closure of the country’s borders.
The directive should help curb the country’s import of the virus. However, the order exempted the transportation of essential objects or goods.
